To support you in your journey, we’re launching a new initiative that rewards great driver-partners who provide reliable, 5-star service!

Better Driver Rewards (Monthly)


Improve or maintain your rating to qualify for exclusive rewards every month! 


💡 Pro-tip: Remember to ask your passengers to rate the trip before they leave your vehicle if they enjoyed the journey with you! 


NOTE: Ratings reflected on 1 July when the campaign begins is based on average ratings over the past 6 months.


Maintain your driver ratings



Eligible drivers: 4.7 rating and above 

Keep up your good driving behavior and strive to be better to win wallet payouts and offset your fuel costs! 


🚗  All you need to do: 

  • Maintain at least a 4.7 rating in a month
  • Complete at least 100 trips for the month
  • Be one of the top 50 drivers with the biggest improvement in 5-star rated trips from the previous month

🏆 The prize: $50 wallet payout


Level up your driver ratings



Eligible drivers: Below 4.7 rating 

Aim for higher ratings and be rewarded with up to $150 in wallet payout to offset the rise in fuel prices. Help us to help you earn more - better drivers = more passengers! 


🚗  All you need to do: 

  • Achieve a 4.7 rating and above in a month
  • Complete at least 30 trips for the month 
  • Be one of the top 50 drivers with the biggest improvement in ratings from the previous month 

🏆 The prize: 

  • $150 wallet payout for top 5 improved ratings
  • $50 wallet payout for next top 45 improved ratings

Example 

On 1 April, 12AM: 

  • Mr Tan’s average rating from the past 6 months is 4.6 
  • Mr Lim’s average rating from the past 6 months is 4.6 

On 30 April, 11:59PM: 

  • Mr Tan improved his rating from 4.6 to 4.9 
  • Mr Lim improved his rating from 4.6 to 4.8 

As Mr Tan achieved a bigger improvement in his rating (while meeting the trip requirement for the month), he will get the reward instead of Mr Lim. 

 

All drivers will be notified on their progression every 2 weeks.



T&Cs

  • Only selected driver-partners are eligible for this campaign, and must not be suspended or fired throughout the campaign period 
  • Ratings on campaign start date on 1 Jul are based on average ratings over the past 6 months
  • Subsequent ratings will be based on the previous month
  • Trip accumulation period starts from 12AM - 11:59PM every month (Eg. 1 Jul 12AM - 31 Jul 11:59PM) 
  • Winners of the campaign will be notified separately via SMS, and are only allowed to win once (i.e all winners will be unique).
  • Gojek’s decision is final, and terms and conditions are subject to change at Gojek’s discretion.


Superstar Driver Rewards (Quarterly)




Eligible drivers: All active drivers  


Top 10 drivers in each GoalBetter tier stand to win cash, an exclusive Gojek t-shirt, vouchers, and more. Be a superstar driver today!


🚗  All you need to do: 

  • Maintain at least a 4.7 rating by 30 Sep
  • Attain the most number of 5-star trips from 1 July - 30 Sep
  • Maintain an average performance of 80% by 30 Sep

🏆 The prize: 

  • Cash, Gojek t-shirt, vouchers, certificate (depending on your GoalBetter tier) 

NOTE: You can check your ratings and performance within the GoPartner driver app with the GoalBetter feature. This rating is based on the start of the Q3 GoalBetter cycle from 1 July to 30 Sep and differs from the monthly rewards qualification stated above. 




T&Cs

  • All active driver-partners are eligible for this campaign and must not be suspended or fired throughout the campaign period 
  • 5-star trip accumulation period is from 1 Jul 12AM - 30 Sep 11:59PM 
  • You will be notified on your 5-star trip accumulation at the end of every month 
  • Winners of the campaign will be notified separately via SMS 
  • Gojek’s decision is final, and terms and conditions are subject to change at Gojek’s discretion.
